Children’s spaces
Children’s spaces are a key area of work for the charitable organisation ‘Dobrobud 2022 Charitable Foundation’, aimed at supporting children affected by the war. We create safe places for play, socialising and development — places where children can, at least for a short while, return to a normal childhood, despite everything that is happening around them.
About the project
As part of this initiative, the foundation is setting up playgrounds and educational areas for children in communities where displaced families have settled.
This involves installing play equipment, creating safe spaces, and establishing cosy areas for learning and leisure.
What we do
- assess the needs of children and families in the community;
- set up playgrounds and safe recreational areas;
- engage partners and donors in the
- evelopment of children’s spaces;
- support communities in creating the conditions for a fulfilling childhood.
Who is this project for?
For children from families who have been affected by the war or have been forcibly displaced, and who need a safe place to play, socialise and regain a sense of normality.
